9 Shenandoah has recently been renovated and is fitted with quality mattresses and linen throughout, open the windows to catch the sea breeze and here the waves crashing at night.
This large apartment boasts 3 bedrooms all with built in robes, queen bed in master bedroom and two single beds in rooms 2 & 3. It is open plan living with large, flat screen, Smart TV in lounge room along with unlimited NBN internet access. The sunroom / dining area adjoins the lounge and can be closed off if required. A fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and stove along with plenty of utensils and lots of bench space makes meals easy. There is a large walk in pantry & storage area, combined bathroom / laundry, and separate toilet with hand basin. A park, play ground area and BBQ are diagonally across the road along with beach access. Outdoor shower for rinsing off and undercover parking at rear of property. Access through main entry and 2 flights of stairs, under cover parking at rear. No disabled access.
Other things to note...
Sawtell is a beautiful beach town located less than 15 minutes south of Coffs Harbour and 8 minues from the airport. It has it's own boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, mini mart, Pub, RSL, Bowling and Tennis clubs along with a patrolled beach and of course the famous rock pool all in walking distance. Toormina shopping centre is less than 5 minutes drive away and if you want more shops there is Coffs Central & Jetty and the Park beach Plaza only a short drive. Bus services also run past Shenandoah.
