Peninsula House consists of three spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests:
Bedroom One: 1 x Queen bed & 1 x Single bed, ceiling fan and access to the front balcony overlooking the estuary.
Bedroom Two: 1 x Double bed & 1 x Single bed with ceiling fan and built-in robe
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, walk in robe, ceiling fan and renovated ensuite. The Master bedroom opens up onto the balcony overlooking the estuary.
The property provides you with all the modern conveniences for you to enjoy a terrific family HOLIDAY, or simply a great relaxing getaway. Peninsula House provides you with an air-conditioned living area, where you can relax with endless uninterrupted views of Bonville Creek and the addition of a flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound system for your enjoyment. The newly renovated, spacious kitchen boasts views over the estuary and features a dish washer and large stainless steel oven and cook top and microwave for your holiday convenience.
TWO BEDROOM FLAT AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL COST
Peninsula also boasts a seperate, newly renovated two bedroom flat downstairs that can also be rented for the extended family members and friends at an additional cost (Please contact our office for tariffs).
Peninsula Flat is a ground floor two bedroom unit featuring a fresh and newly renovated bathroom, spacious open plan kitchenette/living/dining area boasting a flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment.
Bedroom One: Queen bed, ceiling fans and built-in robes.
Bedroom Two: 2 x Single beds, ceiling fans and wardrobe.
